Client Agreement

This agreement is between TeRexDevs and the client submitting this form. By proceeding, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Services

TeRexDevs provides web development, backend systems, automation, SaaS solutions, and digital services based on the agreed project scope.

2. Payment Terms

Most projects follow a payment-after-work model. In some cases, milestone-based or advance payments may apply depending on the project type. Payments for third-party services such as APIs, domains, or tools must be paid in advance.

3. Refund Policy

- Full refund only if work has not started.
- No refund after work has started or completed.
- Partial refund only if a valid issue from our side remains unresolved.

4. Project Scope

All requirements are finalized before development starts. Any additional changes or new features requested later will be treated as extra work and may involve additional charges.

5. Support

Up to 1 year of free support is provided for bug fixes and system stability. Any modifications or new features are not included in free support.

6. Code Access & Ownership

Custom-built projects may include code access after full payment. However, for readymade or security-sensitive systems, full access may not be provided. These conditions are communicated before project confirmation.

7. Client Modifications

If the client modifies the system after delivery, free support becomes void. Any further assistance will be provided as a paid service.

8. Hosting & Deployment

Projects may be deployed on TeRexCloud or client-provided servers depending on agreement. TeRexDevs does not guarantee uptime or server-level performance.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party APIs or tools. TeRexDevs is not responsible for failures, downtime, or policy changes from these services.

10. Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements and proper usage of the system. Misuse or illegal activity is strictly the client’s responsibility.

11. Agreement Confirmation

By submitting this form, you confirm that you agree to all terms, including our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.
