Refund Policy

At TeRexDevs, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy while ensuring the effort and resources involved in every project are respected. By working with us, you agree to the following refund terms.

1. General Policy

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions. Once a project has started or is completed, refunds are generally not applicable due to the time, effort, and resources invested.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • If the project has not been started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If there is a valid issue from our side that remains unresolved, a partial refund may be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Once the project work has started or has been completed.
  • After successful delivery and client approval of the project.
  • Change of mind or change in requirements after project confirmation.
  • Delays caused due to lack of response from the client.

4. Client Inactivity

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days during an active project, we will attempt to contact them through available channels. If there is no response within this period, the project may be paused or terminated. No refund will be applicable in such cases.

5. Third-Party Services

Payments made for third-party services such as APIs, domains, hosting, or subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. TeRexDevs acts only as an intermediary for these services.

6. Additional Changes

All project requirements are confirmed before starting work. Any additional changes or new feature requests after confirmation will be treated as separate work and may involve additional charges.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 1–5 business days. Payment gateway charges (approximately 2.5%) may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, our team will review the situation based on project scope, communication, and delivered work. The final decision regarding refunds will be made after proper evaluation.
