The information and services provided by TeRexDevs through its websites (terexdevs.in and terexdevs.com) are intended for general business and development purposes. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

1. No Guarantee of Results

We build systems designed for performance and growth, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or outcomes. Success depends on multiple external factors including execution, market conditions, and how the system is used.

2. Use of Services

All services, systems, and applications provided by TeRexDevs must be used for lawful purposes only. Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of third-party policies is solely the responsibility of the client.

3. Credentials & Access

TeRexDevs may handle client credentials (such as hosting, APIs, or system access) during development or support. Once credentials are handed over or modified by the client, all responsibility for security and access management transfers to the client.

4. Code Access & Modifications

In custom projects where code access is provided, any modification made by the client or third party voids free support. TeRexDevs is not responsible for issues caused after such changes. Support in such cases may be provided on a paid basis.

For selected systems, readymade products, or security-sensitive builds, full server or code access may not be provided. These conditions are clearly communicated before project confirmation.

5. Hosting & Deployment

Projects may be deployed on TeRexCloud or client-provided servers depending on the agreement. Hosting performance, uptime, and infrastructure reliability are governed by the respective hosting provider’s policies. TeRexDevs does not guarantee uptime or server-level performance.

6. Third-Party Services & APIs

Our systems may rely on third-party services such as payment gateways, APIs, or external tools. We are not responsible for failures, downtime, pricing changes, or policy updates of these services.

7. Technical Limitations

While we aim to deliver stable and scalable systems, no software is completely error-free. Temporary bugs, downtime, or unexpected technical issues may occur, and TeRexDevs is not liable for such instances.

8. Consultation & Advice

Any consultation, suggestions, or strategy provided by TeRexDevs is based on experience and understanding, but final decisions and outcomes are the responsibility of the client. We do not take liability for financial or business decisions made based on our guidance.

9. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, maintaining system access, and using delivered systems correctly. Any issues caused due to incorrect usage, negligence, or unauthorized modifications are not the responsibility of TeRexDevs.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide consistent service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed due to maintenance, server issues, or external factors beyond our control.
