Welcome to TeRexDevs. By accessing our website and using our digital services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Services

TeRexDevs provides web development, PHP & MySQL systems, SaaS development, automation systems, and digital strategy consultation. All services are subject to an initial agreement and project scope definition.

2. "Payment-After-Work" Policy

We operate on a trust-based payment system for select projects. The exact terms of payment, milestones, and final delivery conditions will be outlined in your specific project contract. Hosting services via TeRexCloud may require upfront payment.

3. Support & Maintenance

We offer 1-year free support for the systems and websites we build from scratch. This covers bug fixes and system stability. It does not cover the addition of new features or complete structural changes requested post-launch.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full ownership of the developed code and design is transferred to the client, unless specified otherwise (e.g., in a SaaS licensing model). TeRexDevs retains the right to use the project in our portfolio.

5. Limitation of Liability

TeRexDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital systems, downtime, or third-party API changes.
